Our in-house membership plan covers two cleanings, exams and x-rays for the year, with 20% off other treatment. No deductible, no claim forms.

What to bring
Photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medications. That is all.
How long it takes
About an hour: paperwork, x-rays, a cleaning, and time to talk it through.
What it costs
With insurance, usually nothing out of pocket. Without, the new patient exam, x-rays and cleaning is $149 (illustrative).
